I was in a pickle of a situation at my coffee shop and needed a quick repair to allow my door to close and be locked. Instead of coming and performing the simple fix, he was able to tell me over the phone how to fix it and save me a couple hundred s! During COVID and our slowest season at the coffee shop, this was a life-saver and so amazing. He’s welcome at The Tampered Press anytime for some coffee!!

Steve did a great job retooling our locks. He was quick and efficient and offered advice on the best hardware at the right price. Steve also followed up to see that I was happy with the result. Very impressed with the service and responsiveness. We will definitely use A-Ok again, I highly recommend !!
Steve is quick and helpful with his service. A quick stop by his shop to get a lock rekeyed, and I was out in minutes. Better still, he followed up to make sure that everything was okay. I will be going back here when the need arises
