We were a family of 6 and got a table straight away. Easily ordered all our food and drinks using their website. Everything arrived quickly. One meal was wrong but it was replaced quickly. Food was very tasty and drinks were good. Portion sizes just about right. Not too big. Can recommend the long island spiced tea.

Lovely atmosphere, with good food (reasonably priced)! Children welcome - even a little colouring station set up for young children. I had a halloumi burger which was divine. My daughter had the kids fish fingers, chips and peas - decent portion. What was lovely was the first question I was asked when I ordered was if there were any allergies. Thought it was a nice touch. A friend ordered a glass of wine which didn't taste good, exchanged immediately. I was served warm milk with my tea and they happily changed this too. The only issue was a long wait to order food, as you order at the counter and only 1 person serves. But we will definitely go back. Worth a visit.

Nice ambience. Had wonderful sticky toffee pudding with ice cream. Service was speedy and very friendly. They didn't have Yorkshire tea unfortunately which is our favorite.

We usually visit Toro Lounge (Cricklade Street) on a weekly basis. For years we have received wonderful service and enjoy the setting, as it’s great for our family of five including 3 young children. This is still the case, however, there have been a few incidents with one particular male member of staff who is rather overbearing and condescending towards our family. One specific incident was eventually handled in a tolerable manner after much to-ing and fro-ing, however it’s left us feeling disappointed and now trying other cafes in Cirencester. The four stars remain as it is a great place for families to eat, reasonably priced, quick service and the other staff are fantastic.

“Eat out, Help out” but gotta be very patient! Arrived at 7pm, we were seated immediately but were asked to order only after 7.40pm which is OK. Waited for 40 minutes and ordered at 7.40 online. System is working great as we got drinks a few minutes later. But food was served at 8:49pm I believe management should consider increasing number of chefs in the kitchen till end of August? Entering cafe at 7pm and starting to eat at 8:50pm is not acceptable. In between we were advised that they ran out of chicken and offered to add more toppings of bacon and avocado in “chicken, bacon & avocado” salad. Guess what? No avocado in salad when arrived \u200d️ P.S. reservation not accepted, first come first served...
