Worst experience I've ever had with customer service. Not only do they put you on hold for 16 minutes and hang up, but they still have the audacity to answer to give you attitude. Customer service number gives you the same experience. Never again will I use them!
Service was usual and this bus company is by far the best out of all of them
Quick trips and clean buses
Bus is nearly an hour late taking off. Driver made an announcement about waiting for some paperwork. And we'restill going to stop at a truck stop to put diesel. Shouldn't they have been prepared with all this!? To top it off, the seats are assigned as they say they are. Only reason I didn't take another company is because this was supposed to be the shortest ride
I call in the morning for a ticket to Detroit at night they told me ok that the bus leaves at 9pm. I go in person to buy the bus ticket and they tell me there's no bus tonight I'm really angry I had to go to a funeral to see my big sister now I won't be able to get there in time
