For any foreigners, YES you can get your “codice fiscale” here. YES they speak English. YES they have English version of the form. YES you need to bring your photocopies of passport and of any other necessary documents. YES the staffs are really friendly! NO you don’t need any photos. The office hour is normally 9-13, but you should get here early otherwise you need to stand in long queue: there are people waiting in line since 7 in the morning. Arrive at 8, you can get a good spot: 4.th or 5.th. The outside door opens at 8:30, you should stand in the LEFT queue. The inside door opens on time at 9:00. After filling the form, you would be given an number, and sit in the waiting zone, there are screens calling numbers, you just need to wait. And in simply 15 minutes, you can get a piece of paper with your “codice fiscale”. Congrats! Yeah!

For foreign citizens, here it is possible to get you Fiscal Code. Expect at least half an hour queue. Not sure whether it’s possible to book in advance.
Inqualificabili. Solo dopo ore di coda scopri da un unico cartello appeso alla porta che ti serve una copia di un documento per accedere a qualsiasi servizio. E non hanno più il bar interno con la fotocopiatrice. No. Devi andare in corso Vinzaglio dal giornalaio, tornare e rifare la coda. La guardia giurata invece di stare lì ferma all'ingresso potrebbe dire a chi è in fila da ore che serve una copia del codumento. Nessuno avvisa e si perdono mattinate inutilmente. Basterebbe un altro cartello sul muro lungo il quale la gente fa la fila. Situazione indecorosa, da paese in via di sviluppo, non da nazione europea.
