Excellent classes, friendly atmosphere and good venues. Aikido is a great way to get/ keep fit and active, it increases confidence and teaches composure and relaxation in motion. Ray explains things well and is an approachable and humorous teacher who leads varied and stimulating lessons. Recommended.
Ray is an outstanding teacher, who brings his infectious enthusiasm and wide knowledge to each class. Open for beginners or black belts, you will always learn something in these classes. And, if you're worried about hurting yourself, the location now has spring floor boards! Very very few locations have such a luxuries
Great club for all ages and abilities with fantastic friendly atmosphere! Fun but demanding head instructor with many years of martial arts experience. Great Aikido style with real life self defence applications. Highly recommended!
