Stuart went above and beyond for us arranging a collection from a different store in his own time. Very helpful and proactive. great customer care, so much so I'd travel to this store instead of my closest.

Well presented tile shop supplying everything you need for the trade or general customer. Wide selection of floor and wall tiles for inside and out plus accessories with prices seeming reasonable. Excellent customer service from the staff who were there although a little too OTT at times!
I visited Topps Tiles Telford this morning in order to return some unused tiles. The gentleman who attended to me was very helpful and polite - a superb Ambassador for this Organisation which I have always found first rate!
Knowledgeable and helpful
