Visited Topps Tiles in Thornton Heath for a mini trade show. Was a good experience, learnt about new and existing products and tools, picked up plenty of freebies and spoke to a good few people, they even fed and watered me (pulled pork bap with a choice of beer, wine or soft drinks). Highly recommend and would attend again. 10 out of 10.
AMAZING Service. Real people, who really want to help. I first spoke to Clive, who was friendly, more than happy to help and knowledge. Really ... really great. I thought I couldn’t be happier ... then I spoke to Anna on the phone who was MAGNIFICENT. She had taken my order in hand and done whatever she could to make me happier. She made my day, week and month. I’ve been going through a tough full-house renovation and dealing with Topps Tiles, Anna and Clive has given some faith back. Excellent, Excellent Service.
One of the members of staff - Alex was extremely helpful. Made the visit all the more rewarding. Everything was a breeze and the man deserves a pay rise!
