Called in to place order, David told me he needs to order them in so that they are all the same batch so no variation in colour. (who knew? not me) Order placed collected Saturday and Ryan helped me to load the floor tiles into the car. Exceptional service, highly recommend a visit.

Been into Aintree store recently on a number of occasions we are always greeted with a smile and asked if we need any help from all members of staff male & female. I honestly can’t say enough good things about the Aintree branch of Topps Tiles. The guys in store went above and beyond to help me source a tile that was actually discontinued and showing as out of stock elsewhere. They checked their stock and were able to find a number of tiles allowing me to match in with a previous job. Their customer service was impeccable and I can’t recommend them highly enough. Friendly, knowledgeable and a real pleasure to deal with. Great work guys!
Kev from the Aintree store in Liverpool was so knowledgeable and helpful in the extreme. He outshines all the service we have had in other tiling shops. He is a credit to the Company and we just wish other staff ( not talking about Topps Tiles) could take a leaf out of his book . Such a lovely man.
Excellent service recieved from Andy(Manager) in the aintree branch. We arrived just a few minutes before closing but he was soo helpful and didnt make us rush. Talked us through a few different choices. He let us take a sample home so we can decide. We went in and purchased the next day. Andy explained everything. A few weeks after we returned to the branch in west derby who wouldnt take the tiles as we had no collection reciept(we wernt given 1). I rang and spoke to Andy and he rang the other branch and we got our refund. Customer service he went out of his way. Was really happy with his service, very effecient and friendly. Thank you Andy.
