Has an option for ordering balloons online that you can't request the balloons to be inflated. Called the store (after finding the number on party city site as google # is wrong) and they will not take an order over the phone for pick up. I ended up calling Dillon's who gladly took the order and will have it ready today.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. They had a great selection of Halloween costumes. Prices were about 10.00 higher than Walmart, target etc. But literally those stores had nothing. So worth it to me.
