Don’t buy from this Father Son duo! The New Century Bank in Manhattan which Perry claims to own 50% will rip you off.. For a Construction loan the bank fees were 8,500 in closing costs and 7.5% interest.. I got a loan from another Bank at 5% interest and 2100closing costs! Quite a big difference! They wanted 10,500 closing on a conventional loan! Rip Off!!! I paid them 15,500down payment they came to my lot Cut down my shade tree that I instructed them not to cut! Cut other trees dug up some concrete piled it up and didn’t come back! The City gave me a letter to clean up the mess.. I called Jarod and they could not get out In time so I had to get someone else to clean up their mess .. I canceled the deal in September I Gave them the money in July.. Jarod said they would refund my money at the end of September.. didn’t happen!! He said they spent my money and didn’t have it.. I retained a Lawyer to get my money back... they told me they were going to pay me well in the middle of November I Received a Check for 9,200 they kept 6,300 dollars.. I know they are going to pay me about 5,000 more as the construction company that cleaned up their mess said they had done maybe 1500 in work!’ They will Lie, Cheat and Steal!!! Very dishonest!!! The worst I have ever seen!! I am a senior citizen 100% Disabled veteran and feel I have been seriously been taken advantage of!!!!! Buyer BEWARE!!!
I purchased a used singlewide from Jarod at Midwest Homes back in 2016. This was my first home purchase and Jarod made the whole process very simple for me. He took care of getting me financing and answered all of my questions. I cannot thank him enough for helping me. I now almost have the home paid off and I am looking to use this house as my financial stepping stone to a bigger house in the near future. Thank you for all the help!
