6 months ago I went to a different company recommended by my doctor at the time. Had nothing but problems with them couldn’t figure out why I couldn’t wear my mask. Fast forward to now having really bad headaches and thought I would try again. A different doctor recommended this store. A HUGE difference! They actually care and listen to what you have to say and what problems you are having with your machine. They are honest with you and won’t sell you expensive items you don’t need. If you do they will tell you where you can get it cheaper as well. I know if anyone asks me where I go I’m recommending these people and telling my doctor about them too!

Bought my ResMed machine and accessories from them 5 years ago. Has worked great for me. Needed some adjustments, called them, and they said drop in any time, no appointment needed. Stopped in with my machine and was welcomed at the door. Helped very quickly and printed off a record of my numbers. They saw I needed a mask adjustment and showed me where to clean some spots on the machine. Stopped in a week later and greeted at the door and helped before I could sit down. They had the part I needed waiting for me at the desk. Answered all my insurance questions. They really want you to be comfortable with your machine and be healthy. Caring professional patient knowledgeable and good listeners. Very kind people. They will continue to be my CPAP provider.
