Please help this agency or whatever you want to call it. I'm a disabled veteran Gulf War vet who had two hip replacements got a letter from this agency stating I owe 1,700.00 from a ticket for expired tags back in 1998. I have lived in Atlanta GA then Austin TX back to Atlanta then back to Austin now I reside in Denver CO. Twenty yrs has part get this notice to pay from a ticket 20yrs ago . I should have researched it more but I agreed to make to make payments. After making some payments their system was down and I made over the phone payment, forgot ghe next month payment by 1 day, called the next day to make the payment over the phone because remember their system was still not active. They refused and told me their going garnish my wages in the area of COVID I feel like I'm being Scammed and After serving my country honorably I want to hold Company the Kansas collection bureau ACCOUNTABLE. Please if anybody out there gad some type of info please share ..THANK YOU

This place is a joke! They garnished my check for money that was already paid to them so they owed me money 230 and I went to pick up a check from them and put it in my account and a week later my bank called and said the check came back bad and they had to take the 230 out of my bank so for the last 2 weeks I have been calling them asking when I can come get my check and they have been rude and giving me the run around! They have lied to me over and over! This place need to go out of business!

I’m a healthcare worker. Was exposed to COVID and quarantined. I only got partial pay and my spouse got NONE when they had to quarantine with me. Was unable to pay a ticket during the quarantine, and the city send me to this agency THE DAY my bill was due. Called both the city and this agency. They refused to work with me and added a 30% fee on top of what I owed.

Don't see how it's Legal for them to charge me interest on a old fine...which is keeping me from getting my driver's license
