Amazing service!! the staff are so friendly and I’m blown away with how my puppy looks after his first cut! The level of skill and attention to detail honestly is outstanding.. and not to mention my puppy wouldn’t even let me brush him without putting up a major fight! Seriously it takes a lot to impress me and I couldn’t recommend them enough!! Thanks again!
Took my Chow to be groomed today, she has been before I just add, obviously she hasn’t been groomed for a while due to the lock down, and is quite long. These were the groomers I was recommended that groom chows!! After travelling 20 miles to get there and leaving my dog I received a call to pick her up five minutes later stating she was being aggressive, off note! My dog hasn’t an aggressive bone in her body and has never even snarled at anyone, had to leave without a groom To say I’m annoyed is an understatement!! I believe that the real reason is because it was going to be too much trouble on a Friday afternoon to deal with, the lady that took her off me did say and I quote ‘ my god she stinks’ when taking her from me. This is unacceptable behaviour from a reputable groomers and I’m shocked and saddened at the behaviour.
