As new dog owners we took ownership of a Border Collie in a really bad state, we needed him washing and tidying up. We dropped him off a few weeks back and they didnt even know his breed, they were pointing to a picture of a Cockerpoo!!! We stated he is double coated but by that time they had run a clipper over his back!!! We went to pick him up and what a state, they had clipped him to his undercoat and left clumps all over i.e. top of the tail, basically treated him like another breed.
