I bought a sofa set a few years back, and the service I had was incredibly helpful. The sofa is in really good condition to this day, and hadn't had any faults at all. They also have an in-store dining area - I haven't tried the food, but the coffee was lovely and after an hour or so of shopping around, it's nice to have the chance to sit and think about options over a nice hot drink. Great selection of home furnishings and carpets.

I placed an order for an item without realising it was for click & collect. My mistake totally- but through messaging with Nathan at Toons - he arranged for the item to be sent by post to me non the less. The customer service, patience and care I received was truly excellent . Many many thanks
