We had placed order for snake catching sticks on 28.12.20 and paid full money. Order no. 23861. They mentioned delivery date within 4 days. We have been since then but they dont pickup phone and we have not yet received the product. They should atleast have courtesy to respond to customers or pickup phone and talk or refund the money. No idea the intention behind.

The customer service and item delivery is worst in my experience. Delayed by one month even if you make full payment. The executives are not at all experienced and try to trap customer. The team always see their side of profit and leave customer in hell. Firstly they delivered a damaged product to me. Second upon full payment the item is delayed by one month and with an intention to charge packaging cost of damaged delivery. They held my second order till I make payment for first damaged item delivered. I do not understand this procedure of theirs. Customer will always make payment in full and will get trapped by them. Good job. Strictly requesting people to never shop from this web portal. They are cheaters.

You have to first check the price of his product with any online platform like Amazon, then only make purchase. The prices are high, quality is poor. I had to return the poor quality products like mouth mask and infrared temperature sensor. However it is great luck that I got a replacement from him. This low star rating is just to let you all know that you don't expect value for money. One has to constantly keep calling mailing for any problems. Mr.Kunal assured of sending refund of excess amount when repeated requests. But nothing came. So this is Prasanna with my experiences.
