Purchased new Einhell mitre saw through click and collect but on collection the packaging was open and the staff politely told me it was ex display. I would of refused the second hand saw but I required it that day. Dishonest!
Great service! I popped in for advice on a leaky tap and what i needed to buy and a staff member was so helpful and knowledgable. Advised me on how to fix it and put my mind at rest!
Adam helpful again. Item I wanted was out of stock, he knew the range well enough to find an equivalent so that I was sorted. Great location for this branch in terms of getting in and out of and parking.
Better than B&Q by a country mile, more choice and cheaper, excellent.
