I gave this 5 stars as the staff are very polite and friendly and always willing to help. They have a good understanding of all types of building materials and feel that they understand what you are asking for. The store is well presented, clean and tidy. In addition, if you cannot find what your looking for, they provide alternatives. Over other shops, I prefer shopping at this store purely to find a welcome team every time.

Really helpful staff in the saltash store. I had bought some items in March and now realised they didn’t fit properly, the lady I saw couldn’t do any more to help me, she was absolutely fantastic. Never had a bad experience at any tool station store but saltash was by far the best one.
