Poor service. Ordered a pack of assorted wall plugs online for click and collect as it was showing 2 in stock. Turned up Sunday morning to collect and was told item wasn't in stock. So had to buy 3 different sizes in separate packs and ended up paying nearly 4 more. Not going to break the bank paying extra but no apology or ownership taken from sales assistant to rectify error at Toolstation end. Seemed like he wasn't bothered. Sorry but back Screwfix for future purchases.
