Good customer services kind and helpful, would've of had gave a 5 stars but one lady who I was being served by was not a 10/10 in the customer services as she was quite rushy and not adhering to customers needs

The best customer services from the workers, been regularly coming also when I need a tools. Staff are very knowledgeable on what is needed from a customer. I even gave a worker a free McDonalds Milkshake due to his help and kindness.

Went in to buy an all new locking mechanism for a door. I did not have a clue what i was buying. Mike was fantastic, he found exactly what I needed no problem all while keeping to social distance rules. Great service in or out of lockdown, first time buy but definitely not my last!!

Ordered items for collection. Online order went through very quickly. Received a text message shortly afterwards to pick up from nominated branch. Could not be more simpler.
