What a great store, this was my first visit and definitely won't be my last. The staff are so helpful and knowledgeable. I'd like to especially mention '(Louise) the lady that helped me she was warm, friendly and helped me purchase exactly what I needed. Well worth a visit.

Amazingly helpful staff. Was trying to repair something without replacing the whole thing. Although they didn’t stock what I needed. They were very helpful in pointing me in the right direction. Another job needs doing so I went back here to get what I needed.

Absolutely brilliant service. Ordered online in the evening, had an email confirming my order. In the morning I had an email and a text to say my order was ready. Turned up at newhaven and a lovely young man asked me my name and my order arrived (just like magic) i didn’t even enter the shop. I was so impressed, at the quickness, the professional appearance and the kindness of the staff. I praised him on his excellent customer service and the way the whole business was set up.... thank you x certainly good on your anxiety levels at the time ...
Have used this branch many times for click and collect always a good experience here especially Ryan he's a very helpful chap.
