Today I went to Toolstation Cirencester to get a bit to access my hedge cutter. I had forgotten to take my mask. Russ noticed from inside the store and asked if I needed one which he then provided and went to GREAT trouble to help me. In the end he found another solution which has worked fine. I cannot rate him too highly. In fact I came away feeling he had literally made my day and transformed it. I went to my next appointment with a strong desire to pass on the same courtesy and thoughtfulness. He is your best asset!

Ive been using this store over the past 2 years while renovating a cottage nearby. EVERY time I go there, the staff are always friendly, polite and helpful. All of the staff are a credit to Toolstation, keep up the good work. Thank you.
