Staff are friendly and thoughtful. Competition from next door still ask for ID etc when they know exactly who I am but not the lovely staff at Toolstation, I walk in and out in seconds. Customer service at its best. A credit to the company.

This shop has everything I need to renovate my home, there are thousands of products to choose from. They also do delivery for big items I had 4 radiators delivered free of charge. Staff are really helpful and funny which is good to be able to have a laugh with staff nowadays.
