Brilliant service. The manager Andrew really took time to chat and help me as I’m pretty clueless with anything DIY. Thanks Andrew. You’re an asset to the company

Usually great, on this occasion a ridiculously long wait to get served despite my click and collect order. No apologies from staff members
I do not often give a 5 star review unless deserving of it and deserving of it they are. Excellent service, very professional, very friendly. Excellent price on there goods. Disabled parking and Entrance friendly. Highly recommended. Nice one
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Good quality products at reasonable prices. Best of all they are only a 4 minute cycle ride from my house. What could be better?
Absolutely amazing service from the young guy called Chris! He helped me find the best solution even if he didn't have 1 item in stock which I got from next door he still offered me next business day delivery which is awesome! Nice work team banbury!! If I could rate more I would you have been exceptional in and around this whole pandemic!!
