観光蔵なので日曜日も開いています。お酒の種類と、これまで売っていたおつまみ、郷土料理土産がなくなってお酒だけになっていました。仕込み水汲み放題と大吟醸ソフトは健在です。

売店にいる女性に、笑顔などがなく気分を害した。買いもは、ほまれこつこうの酒や酒粕を買って来て、熱燗してのんだり、甘酒を作って美味しかった。また、アイスクリームが、旨かった。

直販店は商品説明が丁寧で、安心して買い物ができます。 大吟醸ソフトクリームがオススメです。 レストランは事前予約のみ。次回試してみたいと思います。

名前は失念致しましたが、 （多分メロウってお酒） 精米歩合90％のお酒は…… … 甘くてジュースの様に、 ゴクゴク呑む事が出来ます。 辛口のお酒と 呑み比べると 水に感じてしまう位です。 好みも有ると思いますが 私は好きです

There are 3 kind of nihonshu wines, their taste are very good. Not so expensive for 750ml bottle one (1700-2000 only)

This is actually a pretty large brewery that attracts bus tours and foreign tourists. Still, it is located in a quiet forested setting and I went right in the summer holiday season and it wasn't so crowded. Might be different on weekends in the autumn leaves season. The salesperson who helped me was friendly, helpful, and was enthusiastic about using his limited English. I could taste 5 varieties at my leisure. They specialize in slightly unusual types that use native yeast and lactobacillus to produce sake that is fuller-bodied, more acidic, and lower in alcohol than is common, making their sake a bit more wine-like. Stop by at least for the experience and their ice cream made from sake lees!
