Shocking customer service and awful business set up. Twice cancelled our order as item wasn’t in stock, they assured us the second time it would be. Staff are obsessed with DPA but only if you want to make a complaint, they are happy to break it to tell you information about the transaction. This happened with 3 separate people. Refused to allow me to make a complaint on my GO account because the transaction was in my husbands name. We had to wait weeks to get our money back on both cancelled orders and were told by 6 people it had been processed when it hadn’t. They have no clue! After making a formal complaint we are still waiting for a resolution. We were offered 10% off if we spend 100 and when we said no thanks that’s an embarrassment, they offered to give us free delivery on that. So after spending many hours on the phone chasing them, sending many emails and not to mention all the stress caused by GO, if we spent 100...we could get up to 13.95 discount...errr No thanks!! Shame, the concept is good but they clearly can’t pull it off...

I ordered an item from Go on Thursday, and only because Amazon (less expensive) run out of stock for my size, I received a notification that they posted it 4 days later on Monday, it is Tuesday and tracking still shows it in transit. Perhaps we are spoiled by Amazon that delivers next day, but Go service is beyond appalling. I wonder if it was going to be faster waiting for Amazon to re-stock. Never again Go.
Always worth a visit
One of the worse customer experiences ever! I ordered a product on the 03/01/2021, the product arrived within a few days to find they sent me the wrong size! It took 3 days to get hold of someone ( who wasn’t pleasant to talk to, understand some people have bad days but felt she didn’t care) to be able to process a return number and slip. I sent to item back to go outdoors, no message or email to say they have received the item which is needed so I can get a refund to then re order the right size ! I rang again to find they received the item over 5 days ago but still no refund confirmation been sent or even a return confirmation! Iv been told I would have to wait up to 14 days to receive the refund which would Be in totally a month and still no product! I will not be reordering the product, I’d rather pay more and go somewhere else
