I give 5 stars for excellent! Ed Castillo and the staff are awesome! Very professional and Ed the manager went out of his way to get a approval that less payment amount. He is very friendly and is very knowledge. Our car salesman Jesus was also very professional. He took the time to show us the car and explain it in a friendly and professional way! This was a second vechicle we bought from Pine Belt Cadillac and they get Five stars from me!!!

Relaxing experience. No real pressure to buy the car. We went to look at a used car but did not like the one they had. No pressure to buy it. Salesman was great to deal with. I will keep them in mind for future purchase. Did not go through the buying process with them so I did not give the fifth star.

Budd, Ed, and Sal were fantastic. They were patient and really went above and beyond to find me a good car, despite my difficult situation, and got me financed when nobody else could. Budd was very knowledgeable and honest, which isn’t always with used car sales. Great experience!!
