I've tried all the butchers in Stafford as I have a thing for not buying meat at a supermarket. Stafford does have a number of good butchers but this is my go to. Reasonably priced, friendly and locally sourced meat. It doesn't sell a huge variety of additional products (like a couple of other butchers in the area) but I go for the nice sausages, bacon and a scotch egg or two to eat on the way home!

I visited and purchased gilet stream for a special dinner. Roger was most helpful. I was told which local farm the meat was from. The friendly service was appreciated. When cooked and served the steak was excellent. Would highly recommend. John
The Staff are absolutely fantastic, friendly, polite and knowledgeable of there meats, ask them the best way to cook meat and they will advise you a good recipe...can't say enough about them brilliant.
