Honestly, this was a wonderful experience. I never write reviews but I felt that I needed too for iJump because of the entire experience they gave us. They came earlier than expected which is great and picked up later than requested. It gave the guest more time to enjoy the obstacle course. The obstacle course was better than expected from the image and all of the guest enjoyed it including adults! I would definitely rent from them again! We also order tables and chairs and all the products came clean and the setup was fast!

Fantastic experience! From the beginning, the booking process using their website was thorough and easy to use. Email communication on weather policies, safety rules, etc leading up to our event was very helpful. They arrived to set up 3 hours prior, and everything went smooth! The bounce house was clean, functional, and perfect for all ages. Very appreciative of their evening event policy, allowing pick up of the rental the following morning at no extra cost. My only small gripe was the pick up was a bit late into the following day, but it wasn't a big deal at all. Last but not least, the rental was a fantastic value for the price-- will definitely be using their services again in the future, and I definitely recommend to others in the area.

We have rented a bouncy house from them twice. Second time we encountered some problems, but Gabe went out of his way to fix any problem. Kids enjoyed the bouncy houses both times. Really appreciated the way Gabe handled everything. His employees were also very respectful of how we wanted things setup.This is what u call excellent customer service!

We rented the Castle Combo for my daughter's 10th birthday. The kids absolutely loved it and played for hours! The delivery guys were super nice and friendly. Absolutely I would give iJump a call for any party needs!
