Wonderful food with top quality customer service. We always buy organic Atlantic salmon and the jumbo prawns, they are tasting perfect and delivery is always timely and with a smile. Tom is also making sure when to remind us for a next order - his customer relationship marketing is truly bespoke and personal, a rare thing these days. Tom had high quality products and great customer service. Our problem as a couple is to do justice to his fish and to find enough space in our freezer for everything that we fancy from him. The prawns are huge, succulent and delicious. They are individually frozen for ease and so much better quality for the money than you would find in supermarkets. You honestly only need 5 or 6 for a dish. Can't recommend them highly enough.
Tom’s service is exceptional always offering high quality fish and meat products. He’s quick to respond, willing to go the extra mile and has recently sourced products outside his core range for my Christmas delivery which didn’t disappoint! I’m very pleased to have found him through close friend recommendation.
We've been supplied by Tom for years. He has a great selection of fish, which is much nicer than the stuff we've bought in shops. He's also a pleasure to deal with and catching him in one of his brilliant Christmas suits is now part of our family tradition.
