5/5 easily. I have been using Tollgate Hire vans to transport my kart now for almost 2 and a half years, In that time the staff have been nothing but friendly and helpful, as well as the prices being affordable. Being under 25 years old and hiring a van seems to be impossible elsewhere. And the overnight drop-off facility is fantastic for finishing off a busy day or weekend. Would reccommend to anyone.

Needed to pick up the van a bit earlier than expected and dropped off later as got stuck in a muddy patch and the staff were more than understanding and helped me out. 3.5 tonne box van was great for our house move And was immaculate. Great service great staff highly recommend. Will use again.

It is not a surprise all the good reviews here, Hanham Tollgate’s work is impeccable. They made a very stressful day more pleasant. We haven't had a good experience before hiring vans (a Hertz branch in London left us with no van, explanation or compensation at all, at four in the morning in winter having to move that same day) but Tollgate left us impressed by their kindness and efficient and professional service. The van was very well maintained and the gentleman who talked to us was lovely. Thank you! We will use Tollgate again and definitely recommend you.

Used tollgate to move my boat from Falmouth to Barry island, they stood out a mile with a personalised feel to the experience from start to finish, especially being the only company who would hire an HGV for private use without requiring an O licence which is perfectly legal, but frustratingly most hire companies won’t put themselves out to even entertain the idea. As a result they saved me money on having someone else move my boat. Nothing seemed too much trouble and they put themselves out to help whenever needed, removed the drop sides for me and even accommodated my car and trailer in their secure compound and got it out ready for my return so I could use the out of hours drop off service which again, I have no doubt other companies would not have been so accommodating. The truck was well maintained and drove absolutely spot on, testament to the quality makes they use, it was perfect for what I needed to do. All in all faultless experience and I would hope to use again in the future should such a need arise, thanks again
