Last Sunday i did my order on line about 4:00pm to be picked up at 5:00pm thinking that one hour should be enough time to get my order ready, i showed up at 5:00pm and to my surprise the lady that took care pf me told me that they did not get my order, i checked my bank account and sure enough i was charged already, i told her that, then she took a tablet or phone out of her pocket and proceeded to tell me that she just got my order and printed out right then. She told me that my order would be ready in no time, 30 minutes later I'm still in the restaurant waiting for my order. I know sometimes specifically in a super bowl day might get busy but one hour and a half wait for one pound of pulled pork and one pound of brisket, I think is way too much. Hopefully next time if i order again, it won't take that much. The guy that finally gave me my order was nice and apologetic.

Love this place. Customer service is top notch and the food was amazing.
First time there. Fast Friendly Service. XL family pack meal says feeds 8 but more like 7, cost was 70 so not too bad. Sides, bread and BBQ sauce were tasty. Brisket flavorful and Ribs delicious. Pulled pork a little dry for my taste but just added BBQ sauce and problem fixed. Overall satisfied and will be returning again. Thank you.
OMG! The brisket here was amazing!!! Brought a pound back home to Yuma for the family and they destroyed it. Employees were super friendly, portions were filling! All around an excellent experience!
Place was excellent. Went there with my mom while she was here from Cali for Christmas holidays. We got a full rack each. Took most of it home. Excellent ribs!! Meat falls right off the Bone. They give you a cup to keep. Also free soft serve ice cream. Nice place too. Clean and looks good inside. Was a little hard to find at first.
