The bar was set pretty high when I was ready to drive from Detroit to Toledo, just to get what I wanted. I'm very weary when it comes to car sales and your typical robotic salesmen in a male dominated industry. It's very important for me, as a female, to share my experience. Grant was such a pleasure to work with! Being my unfamiliarity with Toledo, I asked Grant to come along for my test drive. I am very happy with my purchase of a 2014 Jeep Cherokee. The dealership is in a great location, the selection is mind boggling, and the professionalism is above and beyond. While overall everything has been very smooth, we did not expect that we would have to wait for over 1.5 hours(!!!) until we were finally in line to pay(!!) for the 2018 RAM 1500 that we purchased. I wish they would have at least set clear expectations and sent us off to grab lunch in the meantime. Therefore only 4 instead of 5 stars.

I scheduled an appointment with Brandon to look at a new Jeep Compass as my lease was coming to an end, I told him everything that I wanted in my new car and he found me one that had everything I wanted and more. I am so happy with my new Jeep and Brandon was so helpful in the process. Also working with Michael in finance, he was very nice and explained things very thoroughly.

Service team got me in and out in a timely manner. They always give me a detailed explanation on what's going on with the work am receiving. They put in a new filter for free that I was so pose to pay for and bless them for that because am poor. I love taking my vehicle here!
