My experience here has be amazing, my therapist Dr. Wise has helped me in so many ways. I look forward to our sessions every week. I feel comfortable, I feel welcomed, and I feel calm every time I enter the space. The staff is always friendly, and helpful. Even when covid stopped in person sessions, they were right on track with keeping things in line while transitioning to online counseling. I will recommend this place for anyone that needs someone to talk to.

I began seeing Dr. Wise approximately 6 months ago after the start of the pandemic. I had been debating seeing a therapist for a while and finally took the first step. I am 22 and have started to feel better through therapy than I have felt in my entire adult life. TC&MH has been so easy and understanding with insurance and online counseling. I moved across the state for law school and my therapy has continued as normal through Telehealth and I am so beyond grateful for it. I cannot express my gratitude enough to Dr. Wise and the staff at TC&MH.

My therapist, Julie Lake, has been incredible to work with. She has listened to my concerns and never made me feel like my feelings weren't valid. She helps me understand feelings by asking questions that make me think things through. She has been great about helping me set small goals that turn into big (good) changes in my life. She is extremely accepting of and understanding of non-traditional lifestyles. Scheduling has never been a problem, and I always look forward to my appointments.
