This place is severely lacking in customer service. I understand when they are busy asking to wait out front and they will bring it out, but when there is no lineup and nobody inside for 2 wraps is a little much. The 10 minute wait didn't help either, and not the first time this has happened. Whatever you do though, don't waste your time going in. They only seem to man the drive-through, and usually you will Wait for quite a while until someone notices you at the counter. Maybe they should consider better management and staff screening processes, but that's just my opinion.

I stop here for the first time yesterday. I ordered 2 BLT sandwiches. What I got was 2 sandwiches with lots of lettuce next to no bacon and no tomatoes. apparently they ran out of tomatoes. Will I comeback? not on your life. Next time I'll go to Subway or Burger Baron
While I usually get a good coffee from there, I have many complaints, they make you wait at the speaker until the customer at the window is gone to keep their times down, they charge 30 cents extra for Apple fritters and 20 cents extra for fruit explosion muffins. You always feel rushed while in the drive thru but you can tell that the staff are forced to rush you as they all say the same things. Most of the staff are pretty good. I have also ordered a BLT that was mostly lettuce and had 3 half strips of bacon on it, you couldn't even taste the bacon and got a grilled cheese that was soggy and the cheese wasn't even melted.
Always smiling very friendly quick to serve and double check my order
Wait for ever inside the store and never check the mobile order I shouldn't have to wait 20 minutes for 2 coffees when it's not even busy. They just don't care

I worked here for one day and one day only. I could only stand one day because the regional manager for this establishment could not care less about his own employees. Always constantly blowing off customers because "his phone calls were important" and not to mention, yeah the reason we had no idea what was going on because we were given an extremely vague understanding of how to use all of the equipment besides what we already knew how to use (being sinks and well.. thats pretty much it)
