There is no need for the bad reviews. This motel is clean, bed and pillows were very comfortable! Kitchenette area was great! Very cute and I was told this is under NEW MANAGEMENT :) So if you need a quiet and clean place to stay this is it. I thoroughly enjoyed myself, I like to shower so no tub didn't bother me at all! Enjoy ;)

I like the Beaverhill Motel. For a small town motel it is quite comfortable. I don't like the just only showers because I have kids but the rooms are clean and well stocked. The manager is very accommodating and friendly.

Very, very basic. The room needed cleaning and repairs. TV was too small for the room. Unpaved and ungroomed parking lot.
