The service was great. The staff so friendly and always smiling. Food was on point, very delicious, I had the number 18, shredded beef enchiladas with shredded beef taco. And chili rellenos, this was my first time having this and I am a fan of this place and food. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Good Mexican food. Good service. Good sized portions. Nice outdoor seating area over looking the water. If you like your food spicy, make sure to ask for it!
Only been there once, so cautious handing out the stars but actually everything was pretty good - the beans were first-rate and not many places get them right (right like my friends in Mexico make at home). The Paloma margaritas with an addition of fresh orange juice was...well, it could get to be a habit. Servers were friendly, efficient, food came quickly, and they have real outdoor dining - so important these days! If we come back and have another good experience, no problem adding a star.
Wow, the food was delicious. Service was pleasant and quick! I gave driven by this place a few times and it has always been packed. We came for dinner and were able to sit right away. We sat on the patio and watched the activity from the local airport (Skydivers and such). It was all delicious. If you have not tried the flan there yet, it is AMAZING.
Todo Mexico has a fine dining atmosphere. We stayed out on the patio on a very fine day with a large group. Service was good considering our size. The patio overlooks high above a beautiful section of the Snohomish River. There's nice river walks below and some of the best street shopping all around. Really a good experience.
