Really helpful young man. I had parcels to send via Hermes. The member of staff carried my parcels from the car ,as I am disabled, . He was so kind and patient and I really can't praise him highly enough.

I went to this place for a bottle and some sweets for the daughter but it was very limited in stock. Also the guy serving appeared to look like a heroin addict and my daughter said she was scared of his appearance! She also decided not to get any sweets which is a very strange thing for her not to do! The guy also seemed to struggle on working the debit card payment system and in my opinion he seemed smacked out of his face! Being in retail myself I know it is a very simple thing to do! I feel the previous good reviews is being done by someone they know. We won't be using again!
