Awesome vegan food! Mexican style food that tastes like the real thing. This is what vegan food should taste like. The queso is insane! The manager was really kind and the waiter was super polite. Nice atmosphere too. This place is a little expensive but SO worth it.

Very good food. Feels like an upscale chipotle style food. The portions are on the smaller side.
You will not be let down at Tocaya Organica. To say that the food is good would be an underestimate of it's bold flavors, delicious combinations and stellar presentation. This is one of the only places you will be served food in sustainable containers and the presentation remains 4-star! The menu, however, requires too much coaching through in order to create a full meal. Shrimp was a protein option but nowhere present on the menu, which was confusing. I would love to come in and allow my 6-year old niece to easily piece together her meal independently and with ease. After ordering, there were a variety of areas to sit and the bar was my choice. The unfortunate part about that was being so close to the front door where delivery drivers would enter and leave the door open, inviting the cold wind in. Luckily, my dinner partner was kind enough to get up and close it but after a couple of times having to do it, it became apparent more attention could have been payed to keeping patrons comfortable. Any question we brought to employees, they clarified, thankfully. For the quality of food and convenience of freshness, I will be returning with hopes that the next visit is more wrinkle free.
OK, let me begin by saying that the food here is very good. However, our family has come here five times and every time, our family of two adults and two little kids pay somewhere between 50-60 while drinking waters compared to 25 - 30 at Chipotle. Not to mention, I’m still hungry when we’re done. So for that reason, I had to remove one star. The loss of the next two stars comes from the fact that the last two times we’ve ordered here, someone on staff has come to us later on to criticize how we ordered. You heard that right. Instead of training their employees on how to take orders, they feel it’s best to come to your table and tell you how you should order next time. I kid you not. For me, this lowers them 2 stars b/c it’s incredibly condescending. Now, they do earn back a star for having gluten and dairy free options. But for me and our family, we won’t be back. They lost us due to too many paper cuts.
I love eating here! It’s always quick, awesome service and everyone is friendly. And of course the food is delicious. Chips are nice and crispy, salsa has a good flavor too. As a vegan I love that everything starts out as an vegan option. I am always very excited to have organic good food as an option. Definitely check it out if you haven’t.
