We currently rent out three properties through TMS. Ever since we first engaged their services they have been extremely responsive, and excellent at dealing with any issue, whether it is coming from us or the tenants. For each property they managed to find brilliant tenants who always seem motivated to look after the property. The 6% rate is less than most agents, so on all fronts I don't think their services and value could be bettered. We will definitely be using them again.

They report any maintenance issues to me in a timely manner and always resolve them quickly. They always find excellent tenants, and as I am in touch with my tenants I know they are happy also. First class experience, Tom was very helpful even though i viewed during lockdown all social distance was followed. Any issues resolved very quickly Tom always responded very quickly, would highly recommend
