Viewed a Mini on Sunday, agreed 24 hours re decision and checking costs e.g Insurance. Phone as agreed on Monday morning - CAR SOLD!! Really disappointed in this guy, because he looked genuine and willing to help! Where was the first refusal!! It would’ve taken a one minute phone call!!

Responsive, helpful, genuine, honest, thorough and with no pressure, with plenty of time to inspect the car and a lengthy test drive. The car was well presented and as described.
