I should have given zero...even one star is undeserved.. the problem is not about the place or about the processing.. but its about misinformed and unaware officer at Brussels branch. Beware, you are check everything on your application as exact as possible, I have rejected short study visa only because of wrong arrival and departure dates.. its your responsibility to check for any problem with your application,..TLS officers even didnt mention it do. Although i asked a few times from Asian lady about that.. sure it was my fault..but what is your purpose to be there if you dont know anything about UK visa rules and procedures... if you could put a high school student he/she can do the job the same as these people... the worst visa experience that I had up to know I respect these two people who work there, but there should be sb in charge who are informed and knowledgeable about even minor issues about visa or application

Needlessly complicated procedure, atrocious service. I'm a Belgian national, the missus is Indonesian and is an F-card resident so needs a visum to go to the UK. We were planning a trip to England, so we applied. She got her visum by the way, so this review is not clouded by resentment. TLS can hardly be blamed for the excess paperwork and high costs (you've got your Hostile Environment Policy to thank for that, probably), but whatever part of the process they're supposed to \facilitate\, they fail spectacularly. Hard to find (when we booked, the office was indicated by a faded, hand-written A4 taped to the window of the lobby, I kid you not), and once inside, what did we pay that 25 extra for \assisted service\ for? That's right, to have an angry lady shouting at you to do it all yourself. We won't say Never Again to the UK, but definitely Not In The Foreseeable Future to you, chaps. Plenty of nice places to visit on the continent as well.

I visited for biometric collection yesterday. The people at the center were really helpful. The service was completed very fast. Keep up the good work. Update: They had tried to fix issues as fast as possible, at the same time assuring assistance when the system was down. I chose the self service option. Now, I am unable to Upload documents. The website shows \The Service is Unavailable\. My appointment is coming up soon and I may be unable to upload documents before that. This is worrying.
