My first new bike purchase. I was dealt with very well by Ken & his staff. Paperwork all done and delivered in a swift and professional way. Will definitely recommend this company.

Never found them particularly helpful at the best of times. Called in a day or so ago during the Covid times and was basically told everything I couldn’t do by someone who had no customer service skills at all. Ended up leaving and bought some stuff elsewhere. Be a good while before I use them again if at all.
Excellent service carried out on my fjr 1300 feels much better Very happy.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Went to purchase a helmet and the staff member was very helpful and answered all my queries. Would highly recommend the place if you are looking to buy a good quality helmet for a decent price
As always great service, I was a regular at another yamaha dealer in essex but switched as much more competitively priced.
