This is an old island port used in earlier days for trading and goods replenishment. The history of this place is rich. Entombed on the small island are its people from old and recent times. A trading post and a house used as cafe in old times can still be seen here. Worth a visit if you like to take a peak of the past.

Lovely view. Opened during the season only
Beautiful place. Lots of interesting stuff too see and do. Herøyspelet was very facinating. But don't forget to bring warm clothes.
