I often pop down to TJ Crafts for needles, binding or thread. Their customer service has been great and they really look after their customers and help you out if you need any advice on products. It’s a small shop and yet they always seem to have what j need!

I have been using T J Craft for all my knitting and craft work and I wanted to say how fantastic they have organised their shop under the covid restrictions. I was saddened by the review of the lady complaining that she could not go behind the counter. These are testing times for us all and common sense must prevail. Well done T J Craft for being able for all of us to see all the fabulous items that you can buy for knitting or any craft work as well as sewing. As for the comment regarding being rude, this is a preposterous statement. You could not have a more friendly welcome. Keep doing what your doing T J Craft, a wonderful job.
I walked in expecting to be able to peruse the fabrics, only to be told off for waking behind the till (toward the bolts) and have a display pushed in from of my face, add this to a look of total distain! I’ll give it a miss. Rude woman behind the till ! I left in tears
