Rang up to make an appointment to view a vehicle. Went down there within 30 minutes and the vehicle I was interested in was waiting for me to have a look around. Very polite, nothing seemed too much trouble. Would certainly go there again in the future.

After stumbling across TJ Car Sales on my usual Autotrader scrolling I made contact on their 335d BMW. Following two phone calls and a couple of emails, I decided the chaps had a: the car I was after and b: more importantly - were on the same page regards attitude and what we expect from a sales interaction. After a very thorough back and forth re trade in details and my finance agreement, the car arrived today exactly as described. Super pleased with this purchase and genuinely glad to have dealt with Tim, Tom and the guys @ TJ Car Sales. Highly recommend.
