Tividale Chef Takeaway

After waiting over an hour and a half last night for our food, I called to ask if our food was on the way, to be told that it would be at least another half hour. I understand last night was a busy night for takeaways so I offered to collect it. The lady answering the phone asked if it would be any quicker if i came to collect it to which Rose ( the owner ) screamed \its not going to be any quicker \ very rudely and abruptly. I cancelled my order and went elsewhere. I have used this Chinese takeaway for over 18 years. Also recommended it to many family and friends over the years. Based on Rose's bad manners and un professionalism ill never use them again.

Food is ok only been here because of its convenience and nothing else nearby is any better. Foo yung was over salty. Spicy dishes not spicy enough. Chips are good as is curry sauce. Mini vegetable Spring rolls are ok not great fried rice dishes not tasty enough nor are the chow mein dishes either. I could go on but overall everything here is just ok at best. We all have different tastes etc this is not to mine. The lady is very friendly for sure.

Love this place amazing Chinese best food I've had only downside is as the food is so good it's always extremely busy so you have to wait but the food is well worth the wait
