Excellent service received from assistant on 8th February. Met at the door and complete research, product found and delivered, transaction completed in less than ten minutes. Very friendly staff who show understanding of local procedures for safe distancing. Highly recommended.

What a great experience we had at Tiverton Halfords today and before that when we picked up an e bike. The bike had been sourced ordered for us by the store and he kept us up to date and made us an appointment for collection on its arrival. Marc, the staff member made us feel really welcome on arrival and showed us around the bike. He was really professional, friendly, knowledgable and enthusiastic and really helped us through the process. We really can’t recommend him or thank him highly enough. What a great employee you have! Marc, thank you so much, the bike is amazing as was your service.
Good friendly place with helpful staff and on the whole provide a good service providing advice and useful information. Generally I have found the store well stocked with the tools and bike spares that I require. On my recent visit during lockdown I observed the store enforced the required procedures to safeguard staff and customers.
Very welcoming, I was approached immediately, Asked how she could help. I thought I needed a new battery, The lady came out tested my battery. We went back into shop where she took details of my car, I went out to the car, the lady came out with new battery and fitted it very quickly. Excellent service
