My primary care physician is amazing. Staff is nice, supportive, and knowledgeable. They get you in quickly but don't rush you thru your appointment. Very attentive to your medical needs.

If you want to call to make an appointment i’ll save you the trouble. They won’t pick up the phone so just head over there and make your appointment. You’ll realize they are not busy just bad staff management. The doctors are just fine. Terrible office clerks. This the second time I bring my dad here. This terrible place and this is what I see a sign with no time or explanation of why they are closed this place should be closed and given the space to anothe medical practice that can do the job.

This was my first visit with the Titusville BHA office. I had an appointment and did not wait more than a few minutes to be called back. I found the staff from the time I arrived to the time I left were helpful and professional. The Physician Assistant that saw me was friendly, helpful and professional (I apologize for not remembering her name). I will have a follow up apt. in a few weeks. This was a good experience. I want everyone to know, I have alot of health issues and MD assistant Ms White is on top of everything I feel she has saved my life more than once. With Ms White referring me to other doctors Ms Sherisr has gone out of her way and up and over her job requirements to find the specialists I need.
