This memorial at Southampton was built in memory of engineers who built Titanic. Very close to train station. Walkable distance from train station and also close to sea city museum

Desperately needs a long overdue clean. For one of the most visited places in the city it’s a disgrace to see it so dirty. The stars are for the people who post photos of the wrong place! I’ve lived in Southampton since the early eighties and I’m sure this landmark has always been where it is almost opposite the Cenotaph. So what amazes me is some the photos for this memorial are of a completely different place or a different monument. Please make sure that you are actually at the Engineers memorial (it has a marker on Google maps!) and only post photos of (it)and no where else.
Nice piece of art.
Fantastic memorials
A calm spot for remembering the tragic voyage. E except the memorial there is nothing special around the area.
